VW and Audi Specialist joinning Bugger

Post by Bugger »

Johan Naude a VW and Audi Specialist for 29Years in the field is Joining Bugger :hangloose:

He has done his Apprentice ship on Split buses when He started

Bugger will now build special order Air cooled and Water cooled Engines.
My self have Quite a lot of Engine Building Experience when I was involved with Beetle Inn back in the day but concentrated more on the Transmission side as a Hobby the last few years.but the Demand for Turn key solutions and specialized Builds, work and Refurbishing in GP has grown and Bugger is going to be a Full time Work shop from the 23de of April with Johan Joining as I can not keep up with Transmissions and the Servicing and Engines building

So you are welcome to give us a call for a Quote to build you an Engine be it a Performance or just a Cheaply Hospital plan to keep you mobile again

On the Type 4 Twin carbs Johan is a man that can set them up so nice you will not believe you got no more choke and flooding problems

I want to Welcome Johan and Know he did not make the Wrong decision to join Bugger

WE are currently buzy with 2 1600 Motors that got a mild head job with re profiled camshaft for torque new pistons slight raise in CR and Lightened Flywheels, one is getting twin 34ICTs and the other a 36DCD I will post some progress pics here of the motors for you to see

Adapterplates Available for Rotary in Beetle and others aswell
And Special Boxes built for Rotary Conversions and Scubies

Jip I had K Jetronic on my 2L 16V Golf that made 104Kw on the wheels

Most important with this system is to Make sure all the injectors flow the Exact same amount of fuel and then Set the Co Afterwards with the small Allenkey

Thanks Guys I am sure we will be pushing the envelope with both of our Experiences combined Johan with all old and new technology and myself with all differant confersions done

One of our first projects will be fitting a sleepy Golf motor in to a DC Bay window we bought and also a 2L 16V Golf motor in a Delux Bay window

The 'turn key' is a must. I am sure the demand is there. Reputation is something most of us are always looking for, and I am sure a man of Bugger's intergrity is one to be trusted. I will recommend many your way, and hopefully make use of your services too.

Thanks Guys for the good words

We will try our best to keep Quality workmanship before hand than to rush a job out for Revenue as that is not my way of doing things and I know Johan is also Some one that likes to do something right and that I can see in the few lessons he already gave me in setting up single and Double solex carbs

Once some of the first motors hit the shelf I will post some pics here
