ja hy lyk nogal kleiner as jy die twee fotos vinnig kyk.

wag nou vir kwotasies op die bekleedsel, en gaan volgende week vir my 'n sandblast gun koop en begin met die wielle.

ek het advies nodeig asb.

My toerusting is nie van die beste nie, so ek het nie 'n mooi glade uitproduk gekry nie met die topcoat nie :oops: :oops:

Die ouens waar ek die verf by gekoop het, het gesê ek moet dit glad maak met 1500 waterpapier en vir my 'n paste gegee waar mee ek hom dan moet op-buff en dan poletoer gee.

Na ek die verf glad gemaak het met die 1500 papier was hy dof en na 'n goeie buff (buff in boor, nie met hand) en poletoer bly jy die dof sien wat die glad skuur gelos het. :cry: :cry:

Ek het die bonnet net ge-buff en poletoer en het toe wel 'n goeie glans gekry, maar nou is hy nie glad nie. :cry: :cry:

Hoe kry ek hom glad en blink :?: :?:

Do not know how you did it, but you must flat it with water paper, not dry.
You must buff with a buffing machine, as most drills turn to fast and burn the paint.
You must use "Cutting Paste" to get ride of the water paper marks, then you use buffing compound with the buffing machine, before you polish the car.
All this with a buffing machine, you get a cheap on from Ardendorfs

Net n tip wat ek kan gee wat ek by n BMW spray-painter geleer het.

Jy weet dai ouens wat jou altyd harass by die petrol pompe met dai spray-polish wat jy jo kar mee polish.....koop dai goed....

Nadat jy nou jou verf ge-cut en buff het is daar patymal sulke swirl merke-spuit dan net die goed op en buff dit af met n lap.Dit gee die verf net dai finale glans

Herman my boor het 'n baie stadige spoed wat ek gebruik, ek sal net vannaand gaan seker maak wat se paste dit is wat hul vir my gegee het, maar ja ek dink ek sal maar moet belê in 'n buffmasjien. Ek het hoeka verlede week vir my 'n sandblast gun by Adendorf gekoop om met die wielle te begin en dan later die ratkas en onderstel ook skoon te maak.

Kaptein ja ek weet van daai goed en ja hul werk nogal lekker om teer van die verf af tehaal. moet net nie dat daai ouens daar by die garage of shopping mall met daai goed naby jou kar kom vir 'n demo nie. Hul gebruik nie eers water om die stof en grond af tespoel/was nie en dan maak dit 'n grinding paste wat jy verf erg karp.

Ja ek het water gebruik met 'n bietjie sunlight in.

Hierdie is die polishing cream wat vir my gegee is om te gebruik en ek het dit ook nat gehou soos ek gewerk het. Dis gepoletoer met Misas poletoer.

en op die foto kan jy duidelik sien dat die kappie gedoen is en die bakwerk nog nie. Die kappie is dof.

If your paint surface is now fully flat, then I would spray a final 2 coats clear, and only polish it to a high shine.
I never flatted my Fastback after the 1st coat clear, only polish.
