Good luck with getting a paint shop to mix a colour based on that chart. You might do better by taking an unrestored part for matching.

Unfortunately I have to agree with 73type2, unless you could find an old school paint mixer that remembers the colours.
OI took a part from under the dash and had colour matched to that.
I think it is as close as it can be.
