Engine parts

Post by LesbleuBuggy »

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my 1600 motor to a 1776.
Do you guys source parts locally or import form CB performance and CIP ?

Is there anyone local that supplies ?
Thanks

Try your local Alert engine parts

Or Volkspares will import from BBT4VW

I've got plenty CB parts.
I can build you a 1776 or 1915 with all new parts, except the block, from the stuff I have at home...
And I have the forged Mahle piston and barrel kits, not the cheap AA stuff like others carry.

Tony what is the cost of the 1915 build?
No sense being pessimistic. It wouldn't work anyway.

custom engines, custom prices. It all depends on your choice of parts and the level you want to take it to. For example - reusing old heads or wanting a set of CNC'd heads from the US - 25k difference in price. Reusing your old stock rods (+/-R1500 rebuild cost) or a R7k set of H-beam rods good to 11000rpm... the list goes on
Normal budget, anywhere from 30k to 80k.
