I'd suffered from bruised ribs after a minor car accident, and the pain for the first couple of days was unbelievable, so I know what you are going through :x

All the best and may you recover soon.

Guys I got to say thanks for all the best wishes, but today I junped out of a truck and when I landed I got a hell of a pain from the ribs, and as I twisted from that my back made a load snap and it feels great, but I still wetted myself from the ribs thou. So that is going take some time to heal but it feels like the back is ok now.

How are you doing sleeping?? My little spill at work, apart from breaking two ribs, I also tore off the lower ribs from the cartilage (the little ones, wot they made Eve out of, y'know?). That is still like that. If I lie on my back, my lower ribs poke up and make lumps under the skin, much to Gill's amuzement. When I grab them and push them back where they belong, and Gill gets the heebie-jeebies.

Glad your back pooped back in so soon. If it takes long, chiro-proct-ology is required. That's when the Chiro "manipulates" you around so's you can count your own ar$e hairs...
