Polishing scratched windscreens

Guys
Long time ago in a galaxy not far away, somebody posted on somebody that polished/es winscreens to remove scratches etc. Anybody here?


You can never have enough Garages :-(

you can do it your self, use buffing compound and a electric polisher.

As you get closer to the smooth finish, use finer and finer grit buffing compound.

i believe some branches of PG Autoglass also do it for a small fee.

It all depends how deep it is, normally you use the fine grit, ie the same you polish blemishes out on your paint work.
