Buddy on Facebook bought his panelvan
I think it’s a 75 fleetline but plate suggests fleetline pickup (single cab)
He was told it is a 67 just want to make sure
He did say the front Vw logo is stamped in the body leading me to say fleetline

Re: Model identifier
The pressing shape of headlight buckets, high-hinged side doors, and small rear hatch also means this is not a 64-67 German spec vehicle.
Staying Aircooled is so much nicer.

Re: Model identifier
That is a Fleetline, but that is not a Fleetline plate.
...and you are going to have endless strife trying to get that plate through police clearance.

Re: Model identifier
As Merlin said. That is an obvious home made VIN plate, which won't be accepted by the police. Also, what is visible of the VIN says that VIN correctly belongs to a 1975 Fleetline single cab pick up. A Fleetline panelvan VIN would start with 2051.
