I doubt that they had any hand in building those 3 buggies, as far as I know, Clarkson has 10 thumbs
No sense being pessimistic. It wouldn't work anyway.

This is in my neck of the woods.

It will be a pain in the arse to get the necessary permits to drive from Sandwich harbour to Walvis Bay the way they did.

I did have a good chuckle when the suddenly appeared in Windhoek - they must have crossed at least 20 farm fences to get to Windhoek that way.
