Type 4 heads - cutaway view

Post by AirPower »

After thinking about "murdering" a type 4 head, I found this. My head is saved and it might be interesting for other members.

Nice can you maybe measure the angle on your new heads for the changed plug as I want to do the same for a turbo engine

I'll do so.

I've got some plans with the AMC heads - want to mill the combustion chamber to fit the shape of the piston tops to create as much quench as possible. That means milling the outside 3mm into the heads and the piston will actually move out of the cyl and into the head.
