WBX mounting bracket - for Blitzvw

Post by AirPower »

I measured these for Blitz. This is to indicate the difference between the 2 mounting brackets. (WBX and Type 4).

It doesn't look like they can be swapped around to me, but hey - we're capable of ANYTHING.

You might be able to drill holes for four bolts, but this will cause the mounting to be VERY weak (see yellow marks top).

Blitz - hope this helps :D

Mario,

Thanks a million dude!!!!! This really makes things easier.

So, does anyone have a Type 4 mount for me? I can swap it for a WBX one in good condition
If it's too low, you're too old

Why not get decent measurements and make your own?

I've decided to go that route. Can't be too difficult.

Borrow the original, put bolts in where they are supposed to go. Then make a 'plug', then from the plug build yours. Isnt too difficult.
