What type are you after?

Show quality, or just good solid work?

Louis, your Fleetline is still nice and original, you should try keep it the same inside, Fleetline pick-ups had very plain single colour upholstery, vinyl seats, I don't think the door cards and kick panels, etc. were covered with vinyl, simply painted hardboard. Would keep your restoration costs down :D Are your seats torn and tatty ? Perhaps just have the seats recovered and do the rest yourself

Sambas in South Africa are good for only 2 things: showing off and sunburn.

Jolas, I just want to fix it to org condition, yes normal vinal. I know the boards was painted but I want to create new side boards and one to cover up the bulk head behind the seat and cover it with 10 mm inside foam and vinal. tri to make it more sound proof.

audio sound it is metalish at the moment

There's a shop in Pretoria North that I've used a few times, I don't have their number, but will look for it later. They did a stock re-trim for my friends fleety and it looked the part.............don't bother with foam for the audio, rather go straight for the tar pads. That foam just sucks up moisture.

There is a places out silverton way that can redo your stuff. they are very good and i feel their rates are reasonable. I cant remember the name off hand but i'll try find their card when i get home. Even the Business card has a beetle on the front. I think they are in Anne street, but cant say for sure...
From fastest to slowest:

I had a look last night, but can't find the damn receipt that i got from them a while ago. Tar pads are sound deadening material that gets stuck on the panels, WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more effective than sponge or foam, plus they don't suck up moisture. If you do a search in the projects section, look for rabid ants speedster thread and mine as well.
