bike and Car Simulators needed

Good afternoon all,

My wifes company is looking for someone that knows someone who can do Bike and Car simlutors for a function at SASOL, see below:

To whom It May concern,
 
I’m hoping you can help me with something – we have a client who is looking for bike simulators for the event below – would you be able to help us out?
 
Event:  Annual Shutdown Town Meeting
 
Dates:  16 & 17 August 2012
 
Times:  10h00-12h00 & 14h00-16h00 on 16 August 2012 (2 sessions)
           10h00-12h00 only on 17 August 2012 (1 session)
 
Venue:  Sasol Secunda, inside primary area at the Internal Fire Station
 
Pax:  400-800 employees and families per session
