Nice one Dutch. What do you want to do with it? Standard or customised?
The only substitute for cubic inches are more cubic inches.

I'm thinking custom but I'm not sure I can bring myself to do it as it's totally original with only 2 owners from new, last one since 1994 bought of old man that purchased new in 1963. Even have the original invoice with it.....

Messing to much might be a real crime! :jerkoff:

I agree - keep it standard. That looks way too neat to mess with!

Looks in nice condition and well cared for. See it comes from the northern Cape.
You could always just build a different engine and fit other wheels. Then keep the original ones so that it can easily be changed back to original later.
Staying Aircooled is so much nicer.
Do'nt assume anything- (While doing fault-finding).

That parcel tray and fog lights make my heart beat a bit faster. And the overall condition looks like it should be kept standard.

Congratulations on getting the car. Cars like this are not everyday finds. Hope it gives you a lot of joy.
