Need to come have a look and chat before I spray the oval.

Are those wheels the ones you got from me ??
No, they were sourced elsewhere before yours. Your ones are currently on the 60 single cab to keep it mobile.

The only progress so far was to build the new wide load bed completely. The old one was too far rusted.

Then I got side tracked by other busses and Autovillas etc......

I will get back into this one soon.

Seems i'm going to be back on track now. In the interim, i've had the gearbox overhauled and sprayed it. I've also rebuild the front suspension.

And now the colour. I'v flatted it since applying the colour last month and going to be using a spray painters booth across the road from my factory next month to apply the final top coat in a dust free enviroment and bake it afterwards in the heated booth.

Ok, so I see on the previous page my goal was to be finished for George 2015, well its now 2017 and 3 weeks to go before George.

I must get it done before then, so this project is back in full swing with a very short amount of time left.

The final outside topcoat we sprayed on Saturday in the booth to get a better finish and it came out quite nice.
With that being done I started finishing up the underneath. I was able to get all the brake lines installed, new wiring and most of the suspension components completed. I have also finished assembling the motor ancillaries and to be installed in the single cab.

With the cab being out the way, the focus is now on the loadbed. I pretty much had to remake the drop gates, but I was able to re-use the frame inserts. I sprayed them in primer this evening, so I will be able to hopefully apply the top coat next week.
