I have been looking for the reason way the bus went of the road into the garage(1982) and only came out when i bought it ,well to date the only thing i can find is that the advance in the distributor is locked shut like fort Knox`s.
So the PO must have given up struggling i think

I cut them for myself at the moment , once i get the perfect fit i will put some up for sale(nobody likes a bad repo fit)
The super wood i cut in the photos is just a sample and for use when covering the panels,i will be cutting birch panels and then sanding sealer them for my crew cab

Those door cards are the shizzle! :hangloose:

Wouldn't mind a set. What thickness are they?
The only substitute for cubic inches are more cubic inches.

This is how far I got :flash: :flash: :flash: :flash: :finger4u:
So when I wiped the bellhousing clean just before the fit, low and behold the starter bush was in pieces :drunks: :drunks:
Lesson learnt, clean the bellhousing when removing engine
