FREDDIE, THERE ARE 3 THAT I KNOW OF , AVAILABLE IN THE COUNTRY AT THE MOMENT. THEY ARE NOT CHEAP RANGING FROM R1000 - R1700.
IF THIS IS WITHIN YOUR PRICE RANGE CONTACT ME AND I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHO HAS THEM.
MY MATE HAS JUST FITTED SOMETHING FROM ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE OPEN AND CLOSED LENGTH IS ABOUT THE SAME BUT IT IS A LOT THICKER. HE JUST USED LONGER BOLTS WITH SPACERS AND THE RESULT SEEMS TO BE THERE. HE PAID R300.
TAKE YOUR OLD ONE TO YOUR LOCAL SPARES SHOP AND LET THEM MATCH SOMETHING UP FOR YOU.

Most brands have discontinued the 185's in SA, but Continental and Dunlop still make them here locally. There are some Chinese imports available as well.
Sean pup feeling sounds good to me. Some beers and off we go

Sorry not sure what you mean with pup feeling

In a more simple way then, the bus will have no power. It is essentially lowering the revs, so you will have less power.

THAT STEERING DAMPER/DAMPENER WAS FROM A JEEP FREDDIE.
IT HAS A LARGER DIAMETER AND SO SOME SPACERS AND LONGER BOLTS ARE NECESSARY BUT IT WORKS.
I HAVE JUST LANDED A FEW BITS AND BOBS AMONGST WHICH I HAVE DAMPERS. IF YOU'RE STILL LOOKING GIVE ME A SHOUT.

Actually found a steering damper In PE from Aircooledspares. They have shipped it hopefully it is correct. Had to push a bit to get it shipped but going to ignore that since we all are having holiday blues.

NICE!
AT LEAST YOU'RE MAKING SOME PROGRESS. I HAVEN'T MANAGED TO DO A THING ON MINE FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS NOW. IT'S REALLY FRUSTRATING.
KEEP GOING. LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU DOWN HERE WITH IT SOON.
WHITE MOUNTAIN IS CALLING. (OR YOU COULD JUST COME STAY AT MY PLACE A COUPLE OF DAYS)
