The problem is the space lost.

As it is, you need a tool kit, and some spares, as well as a braai, and some chairs, and....

And you have run out of space....

If it worked as well as it looks, a lot more guys would have done it.

So I'm going to attempt to build new custom sun visor for the beetle.

I took the old visors apart:

Measured and drew my preferred shape on a piece of hardboard:

The plan is to make each visor out of 2 halves. Thus I'm going to join 2 pieces of hardboard to gether to make 1 visor with some piping where they join ...
