I'm a IT oke. So this is a big project I'm taking on. I only have about 2 hours time at night to work on my baby so this is going to be a very long project.

Good going Batman! Regarding your metal work - I would've just filled those holes you're trying to cover with those large sections.

Removed, must be 30 year old window tinting from the rear window yesterday.
Heat-gun and a old bankcard did the trick. Took me about 3 hours.

Stripped,cleaned and serviced the carburetor last night. What a mission to get a service kit for a Solex carb in the area I live.
