I am going for a standard 1600 Twin Port. Wallet is not allowing for anything more exotic.

Been working on getting stuff off the old pan, as I am going to be using another pan. This is dirty and hard work to do alone. This is also the time I have had a big realisation... I have nowhere near the little bits and bobs and thingies that I need to complete the car...All the grommets, rubbers, bolts and nuts need replacing as it is old and rusted.

The old pan almost robbed of all the bits I need. Need to take the gearbox out and all that goes with it... Yet, again..The realisation sets in every time I work on Beasty, that my estimates were way off, both in time, labour and costs...

Some of the work done thus far...seats done, bits and bobs painted in the chosen red on black theme...roof lining is done to match the seats...I have a set of rims that will be painted gun metal black or just satin black running on 14inch rubber, still debating a white wall or not. I am going with mini Cooper lights (need to figure out the mounting)...soon much still left to do...
