Vehicle "jacking" Ramp

Post by Hloni »

I'm looking to build one of these, but not sure what the best slope dimensions will be that will allow a standard modern sedan to ramp without scraping the front bumper.

Any tried and tested height and slope? I will use it mainly on my Clio 2, W169 Merc, Corsa bakkie.ImageImage

Will highly appreciate. I think many of us have learnt what works best.
I've seen some that scrape bumpers and thus make it a pain to work with.

The best way to ensure you don't scrape your cars is to use them to determine the correct dimensions of the ramp.

Posted a picture of splitting car ramps ,once the car is on the ramps can be split for easy access under the car no ramps in the way.
