Vehicle "jacking" Ramp
I'm looking to build one of these, but not sure what the best slope dimensions will be that will allow a standard modern sedan to ramp without scraping the front bumper.
Any tried and tested height and slope? I will use it mainly on my Clio 2, W169 Merc, Corsa bakkie.

Re: Vehicle
Will highly appreciate. I think many of us have learnt what works best.64 Notchback wrote:I have a set of these , will try to remember to take some dims
I've seen some that scrape bumpers and thus make it a pain to work with.

Re: Vehicle
The best way to ensure you don't scrape your cars is to use them to determine the correct dimensions of the ramp.

Re: Vehicle
Posted a picture of splitting car ramps ,once the car is on the ramps can be split for easy access under the car no ramps in the way.
