me thinks the reason they have disappeared off the market, is the fact that they would reduce the size of your terminals, and then your clamps do not fit anymore.
Also does not help if you ream your terminal, then it gets bigger, so you going to both directions on each terminal making your battery and clamps obsolete.
This seams to be one of those RAND EASTER SHOW gadgets that every body bought, and turfed into the cupboard as they look good but do not work right.
