Wrapped Hyundai Tiburon

Post by Tony Z »

A little project I was involved with during my last time at home.

Car is a Generation 1 Hyundai Tiburon which was originally deep blue, then wrapped matt black.
It took 2 of us (myself and the owner) a week to remove the fenders, wing, bumpers and bonnet, then remove the matt black wrap and prep the car for the final two tone wrap - sanding, flatting, filling, spraying..... until the car was actually ready for a paint job.
Wrap is Ice white (if I remember correctly) and carbon fiber - all 7 year products. The Carbon wrap even has texture, not just a printed carbon look - but it is 4 times the price of the white.
Unfortunately, I had very little to do with the final wrapping as I had to come back to work.
Also note, head lights and fog lights are wrapped too (with legal tint)
