81 Golf1 1800 MP9 injected project

This project started as a car for my youngest daughter. It took 3 months to assemble and now its done. Now the tricky bit. MP9 injection. After all the mods the bottem line is it won't run. It starts 1rst swing but then dies. Need help plz.

Not many waterheads here, :mrgreen: maybe try the vwclub.co.za they know a lot about MP9 stuffs !

That sounds like a chip and transponder problem. I'm not 100% sure if the mp9 system does have a chip and transponder type immobiliser. If it does then you'll need to have the immobiliser deactivated on the computer box.

Got the ecu sorted thanx jaques and the car sounds beautifull. Must sort out the zoom pipe then I can take it for a spin. Next project MP9 beetle
