Thats a good looking beetle. First looked at the car then the driver, by that time you were almost past. Took another 45min to get to Gie road from there. The joys of living in Parklands!

Re: And this is Thumper ...
Thanks SFDT. Parklands is a bit of a mess with not enough roads into the Tableview/Parklands area.

Not Thursday. There are a couple like mine. Mine only has nerf bars, no bumpers. The others generally all have bumpers. Thanks for good comments.

For the record, no offense meant, the names just rhymed, reminded me of an old rap songs lyrics.
I also love the colour on that bug. Looks way better on your beetle than on a POLO.

Re: And this is Thumper ...
the enterance to "racing park" were i work is directly opposite dunoon. we've not had any problems except when they decide to burn tires on koeberg road. trafic to work would take u up to two hours. once u in the complex area its fairly safe. plenty of cops around those times. wat is scary is the illegal electric wires that span over the road. that aint funnyThumper wrote:The colour is Jazz blue. From the VW colour scale on the POLO.
Richwood has its crime problems, not like Inglewood though, but bad enough. The highest crime area in the western cape is Dunoon, and it is just across the N7 from Richwood. Not a good spot to be....
