Just came in now after re installing the motor from before fitting the new Copper Clutch and pressure plate back in to the Bug

Should get it started during tomorrow and finalize the front rubber scoop and get it back at the Dyno
and back to Mathew so he can enjoy his bug


Adapterplates Available for Rotary in Beetle and others aswell
And Special Boxes built for Rotary Conversions and Scubies

ImageWas at Pierre yesterday car wasn't starting. Fitted other injectors, different plugs and Pierre took the car for a remap. Started last night after I had left unfortunately. Still a happy chap though. Look forward to taking delivery and testing it out!!

Well there is definitely one or 2 of the injectors that is Faulty as the over fueling from the Injectors has caused Damaged to a R1200 set of Brand new Plugs
Ad that was Part of the Fualt finding prosses but Fitted a Temporary Alternative set of Plugs and the Bug starts Up to Live now

Best is to have it Dyno`d and then Mathew can Enjoy his Bug as the cooling is good but one of the common problems on the Rotaries is when they stood for a while at the importers is the Water pump seals goe very hard and then the shaft start leaking slight water out of the small hole that waterpumps have to indicate Problem

I wonder how my cab would look next to that bug.
The only substitute for cubic inches are more cubic inches.

Bug is going either today or tomorrow for the dyno. Unfortunately I'm not able to be there would have loved it!!! Never the less will have the bug back this weekend. Can't wait!!
