Thanks guys, yeah it was much needed took her for a spin today sounds flipping awesome got that classic air cooled sound but a lot deeper, need to figure out how to post a sound clip,was gonna a frame her up to maphelane this weekend but with music like that coming from behind I might just drive but she's looking soooo clean feel bad driving her on a dirt road

Looks very nice! My engine tin needs the same thing but I dread taking the engine out. Wish it was open like yours.

Hi I must commend you on the transformation but speaking from personal experience the MS primers dont last on beetle engines I normally etch prime and spray 2k paint and this has proved more durable seems that ms is not that resistant to heat. alternatively powder coat
