Really good looking car you have there! What size tyres are you running front and rear?

Wow, that's serious rubber under what appears to be stock width fenders! Any problems with turning circle or wheel rubbing? How wide are the rims?

Fenders are stock , turning circle is compromised but not really bad.
A bit of wheel rub on full turn.

Thanks for the info, I'm really interested in what you've done. I am attempting to fit similar width tyres to the rear of my car, hence the questions. Your rears seem to be running inside the fenders. Do you have any rubbing on the fender lip? How much space do you have between the tyre inside edge, and the spring plate? Are you running stock spring plates, or adjustable (Sway-a-way type) plates?

The rear has been lowered , yes the tyres just fit inside the fenders , with a load (2 people in back) there is some rubbing on the inside of the fender.Stock spring plates.

That's good info, thanks. The only difference with my set-up is I'm running Sway-a-Way adjustable spring plates. These reduce the gap between tyre and plate by roughly 22mm. I'll just have to wait and see if the 215's will run without rubbing against the plate, when I get the rear hubs back from engineering.

Veemal,

Very good looking vehicle......the only thing that I would do in my very honest opinion is lose that steering wheel. It is the only thing that I could focus on in the whole thread. The rest is great!!!!

Porsche 914 or similar steering wheel if the budget allows? It will go with that German Look.
