I would first put the wheels on and then take a look again. But as is I would go down more in front. Back can drop a little as well. That's just my preference

that looks just perfect. Not too low, but nice and low.
You'll still have to look out for pavements when parking though

ok if i look at the stance of the bug
the front wheels are protruding further out of the
front due to the disc brake conversion maybe i
should do the back as well what you guys think

I have never done a conversion so I am just throwing ideas around I know there are spacers but I could not tell you the sizes and what you would need but I am sure you will get a reply from someone who knows the procedure and can give you the advice you need.
Google Volkswagen Beetle Wheel Spacers you will get what you want there.

looking at your pics, it looks more to me like your front wheels might interfere with the fenders and that the rears are in the proper place.

Spacers arent difficult to make up. Send me a drawing of what you want and I can make them for you - otherwise go to a local machine shop and have them make up a set.

I have a question for the people that know morr than I do: I assume that if the wheels at the back are 100mm out of line with the front wheels that means the front wheels are 100mm offset from where they were. So will your steering geometry not be badly messed up? The way I understand it is that if you draw a line through the kingpin it should end exactly in the middle of the tire where it hits the road?

If the line through the kingpin goes through the middle of your contact patch it means you have 0 scrub radius. When you move your front wheels out by adding spacers you increase the scrub radius.

A positive scrub radius will increase steering effort and road 'feel' increases, as the steering is more susceptible to road shock.
