Very well done Sean..

Must say your turn-around time is fantastic, we need to get the so called "Restorers" to work at that pace.......

Must say, the original paint came out very nice, very little left to do.

Enjoy the bus, and when are you starting with the Museum building construction ??

on another note however ......
Herman you are often referring to the so called "Restorers" in your comments ... and as a professional vintage Kombi restoration business i would like to get some clarity as to who exactly you are referring to in these statements ? there are not many of us in the country so please be so kind as to elaborate...feel free to start a new thread if you wish so we don't stain Sean's awesome resto thread !

Here are just a couple of pics from a trip I did over the weekend. I thought its time to put some kilo's on this bus. It was only a short little 400km trip to start. The bus has just hit the 1000km on the new motor now and its going damn well.

It was such a stunning evening through the farming fields on the first stop over in Stanford.

We all went cruising in the bus the following day, but I dont think my friends shared the same enthusiasm with my tatty interior.
