hi
i had the same starting problem a few weeks ago and was told to replace my starter bush ,as i was going to have the engine out to replace my clutch kit.
replacing the starter bush did the trick.
now after i had some other problems with my distributor, i find i have the same starting problem.....its possible that its not related to the starter bush, but maybe it will be worth ur while to change the bush.
