Going to get slaughtered but will cutting the high light so that a low light bumper will fit on the front and has any one cut the high light bumper support off ,will it de=value the high light ,

I reckon any change to an original vehicle will devalue it in the eyes of a collector. That said, it's what you want that really matters at the end of the day.

Don't do it!! The highlights have become more desirable in recent years and it's allure will only increase with time. To me what you're trying to do is like putting '60s Beetle bumpers on a '70s. It just doesn't look right. On the buses it won't be as bad, but still...
