Before touching the carb, have you done the standard checks, i.e., ignition timing, points, valve clearances, no vacuum leaks? If any of those are not right you will have a hard time setting your carb.

if its rich up to 2000rpm, then get a smaller idle (pilot) jet, maybe a 50.

Have a look here for a table of jets combinations for most VW aircooled carbs:

And before messing with jets first set the idle mixture properly.

The car have a rock solid 850 rpm idle.
The problems is that when i drive and keep 1500 rpm steady the car sputtering and is not going well.

rich is when it looses power and feels lazy
lean is when it "pops and farts"

have you checked for vacuum leaks?

130 Main is way too big for a 1600 Single Port, you will be better off with a 125 main and 52.5 idle.
BTW I don't trust the markings on jets, most of them have been around for 40+ years, every man and his dog has fiddled and in many cases opened them up, I only trust them when I have put a gauge to measure proper.

But the idle is 52.5 right now and the car seems to be really lean.
Maybe I can put an idle 55 and a main jet 125.
Anyway I was thinking of taking the originals spark plugs, even if I'm not sure which ones.
On the engine manual (is a single 1600 coming from a motor pump) give the Bosch W145T, reading around advise all the W8AC are equivalent?
Or do I have to mount the latter since the carburettor and ignition cams are in the road version at the end?
