HOWDY.

OK, SO THIS MAY BE USELESS IF YOU HAVE THE PROPER R&R FRAME BUT IF YOU HAVE THE BRACKETS LIKE A LOT OF US DO THEN THESE ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OF MY CUSHIONS.
BASE 1.5 M X 55CM X 10CM (FOR YOU BUM)
BACKREST 1.5 M X 48CM X 10CM
DOGBOX 1.52M X 90CM X 10CM (THIS CUSHION IS OBVIOUSLY SHAPED AS IT TAPERS TOWARD THE DOOR)

WE HAVE DONE A NUMBER OF THESE AND THEY WORK GREAT. USE A HIGH DENSITY FOAM OR A COMBO OF H/D AND A SOFTER FOAM.
WE HAVE USED A 7.5CM FOAM AND IT'S OK BUT LEAVES A GAP BETWEEN THE BASE AND BACKREST.
WE MAKE AN ENVELOPE/FLAP ON THE BACK OF THE BACKREST CUSHION TO SLIP OVER THE BOARD AND KEEP IT IN PLACE.

HOPE THIS HELPS.
GOOD LUCK!

As the guy that made the brackets, I can give you some advice.

If you upholster the wood bases for the seat/bed, then you will have a gap between the seat and backrest.

if you make 3 loose foam sections and upholster them, with a carpeting on the wood base's, you will not have a gap and you can remove the 3 mattresses, to clean and to move heavy stuff without the risk of damage to your bed.

just place some Velcro on the bottoms and it will hold to the carpeted bases

Any upholstery place will be able to help you with the foam, or even do the covers for you to match the front seats.

Take your van to get the correct shapes as they are not all 4 sides
