out their admin then I can go identify my bus & get it back. Thanks again". (Deon de Waal)

I'm glad he has it back. Thanks to all you ACVWSA forum Volks for your behind-the-scenes efforts :hangloose:

(No other details as yet, but when I'll post as soon as I hear)
That's fabulous news!!! :hangloose:

LOL @ Pine.

In the mid-1990s I was at Van den Brink's and spotted a nice yellow Fleetline that I knew in his body shop. Wondering what had happened to it, I asked him what work he was doing. He walked over to the bus and showed me multiple bullet holes going right through the bus. It had been stolen and the cops had seen it on the road and pulled it over, but the dumb thieves thought they'd make a run for it and a low-speed chase and shoot-out ensued.

I'm looking forward to hearing the story of the recovery and trusting the cops used maximum force in making an arrest.

Glad it was found.

According to Facebook comments, it was earlier seen driving around in a certain area with the oom behind the wheel thought to most probably being from another area...

(How's that for trying to be politically correct).
Staying Aircooled is so much nicer.
Do'nt assume anything- (While doing fault-finding).

Dawie, you mean to say a known FORD driver and ST fanclub member was seen driving the bus past BERG motors or Jurgen's place?! !

Talk about an out-of-place oom!

VERY happy for the owner that it was found :hangloose:

So much for the theories that the bad men from out of ZA stole it and put it into a container to go into the UK/AUS.

Paranoia much?
