Stolen Beetle

Post by didi »

Today Wade Noble's 1969 was stolen at Kyalami racetrack. It is tornado red as on the picture. The only change is that it was stolen with Rostyles not the EMPI 5's. It's got a twin carb SP Beetle setup and the front is lowered. I appeal to everyone to keep your eyes open.

For some or other reason Beetles get stolen quite easily, especially the nice one. Will keep our eyes peeled.

Thanks, everybody for all your concern -- much appreciated !

As soon as the dust settles, I will list the special stuff and induvidual markings , of which there are plenty, let me tell you. There are some boys looking at the problem for us at the moment, and I have posted an attractive reward, with the usual conditions.

There is no way that even parts of that car can stay in SA without anyone that is even slightly clued up about bugs noticing something.

I have had bags of info come thru already, and the way things are pointing is getting uglier by the hour.

Dont want to spill any beans yet, but I will keep you all posted.

Cheers

Bill
