Blue and white Type 1 bus

Post by Ron&Gill »

Gill and I were driving back from PE yesterday after a 16 hours visit which contained a wedding (In and out, before anyone comments about not visiting... ) we spotted, somewhere between PE and George (it was a bit of a blur) a blue and white splitty on a trailer being towed in the direction of PE. On the way to PE the day before, Gill spotted a "crowd" of buses in the "bush" and Gill said, "Yis, what a find!" I didn't see them, but Gill wondered on the way home if this bus came from that find.

Anyone here to shed some light on this?

Hi Ron , Yohbie

it was indeed i towing the bus back to PE :hangloose: i will try drive a bit slower in future ( so it's not a blur !)   We had left PE at 5:30 on Sat morning to deliver a customers completed project in Hermanus and collect the fleetline panel that i had bought some months back in Waenhuis krans outside Breda's Dorp. Made it back to Mosselbay by 10 on Friday night and left for PE at 6 , got back to workshop at 11:30 sat morning.
