Karoo farm finds

Post by Gerlach »

This past weekend i went up to the Karoo for a wedding and stayed a extra 4 days at family of mine that owns a farm 45km outside Victoria-West on a gravel road. Sad thing is, there were some nice stuff standing there as far as my thoughts go's as a child, even Type2 spilty pickup 4 door that looks like this Image

Even an Oval , and type 2 T2 and some more other beetle types were standing on the farm. With time people started to collect the stuff from my uncle farm. Sad the vw bug didn't bit me before the time . Took some photos of the stuff that is still laying around there. i even found stacks of Solex 28 , 30 and 31 carbs in the barn and a bosch dizzy that was in black with it's bosch plate with some numbers on it. some of the parts that was laying around the barn looks like 6volt stuff.
