I think these old Hazet round toolboxes are beautiful and really cool accessories, but there's no way I'd pay this kind of money for one. Most expensive ones on thesamba range from USD1k to USD1.5k, and they don't seem to sell, so overpriced even for the US market.
For this price I might sell the similar age and condition box that I have.

It did sell. To a forum member.
This is market value. But just because someone will pay that doesn't mean it's worth that ... at least to me ...
