I'm officially a dealer now.
Even with the exchange rate at R17:1 when I placed this order, my prices have come down
I've got plenty more, but not worth photographing.

Hey Mr zzzzz, how u bru...

Pls pm me the cost of the oil filler with the Nozzles?
Also if you have nozzles for the Tappett covers? otherwise where I could find locally? Would like to have the system balanced properly, vs just a pipe going into the top of the one air filter.

thanks bud

regards

Alan

Hi Alan

The ones in the picture below cost R600 for the straight filler and R820 for the angled filler. In your bus I'd recommend the straight filler.
In my bus with the 2100cc engine, I use the straight filler with no more vents as they are not needed if you keep the revs below 4500. I've had no crankcase pressure problems.

The nicest thing about the above filler necks is that the "Standard" coke bottle top or 500ml water bottle top fits and seals perfectly inside the neck. You can cut a funnel out of a plastic bottle that you have lying around and it seals nearly leak free for a great and easy way to add oil (unlike stock). I stock these because they work so great.

Arno (Andreno) likes to vent the oil breather into the top of my air filters on the ICT's, and it gets messy in there.. So, I want to do this better.

Or, what do you suggest?
(I took Winston back to him 2 weeks ago for a check up etc (5 years) since he installed the motor, and it was a bit oily. He put in another crank pulley, and took the the top of the oil breather back into the top of the one carb filter.. But it doesn't sit properly, and it's been siliconed etc.. so it's torn and looks messy..

Tony, can I get the standard oil filler top off without having to remove the fan housing etc? It looks like it's just a screw on, am I right?

the stock vent went into the air filter for emissions purposes. You reburn the gasses coming out of the case.
There is nothing wrong with running it into your filters, but you say it is getting very dirty in there, where is this dirt coming from? There shouldnt be oil coming out of this pipe.

You can get the stock oil filler off with the fanhousing in place. You need a special tool or a home-made screwdriver to get the nut off. Yes, it is screwed on.

This baffled vent/filler is R1725. Yes, it does have baffles inside.
