speedster...door mechanism...

Post by sdudum »

Hi all, I have a weird request...I need to see the door mechanisms of your speedsters... I do not have the inside door handles on mine and wanting to sort this situation out... but when looking at my mechanism I cannot fathom how I could get this right. The external door handles work just fine. So could I steal ideas from the speedster community....

Yeah, the inside, how the handle connects to the actual locking mechanism. I suspect I have wrong type inner locks on my car...

Hi, this all depends on what door handle you have.
I have attached a few pics and write-up to give you some guidance

Mine are similar to Manny's attachments, but mine are a type of Plastic or Nylon where they bolt to the door panel.
