Ansi C++ developer

Post by Dirk »

This is a move of desperation.

I need a developer well versed in C++ and the *nix platforms.

Good understanding of templates (generics) and SDLC is an absolute must!

Someone who knows how to write crash proof software, using the tools above.

Disciplined coding style and the ability to design, using best practices is not negotiable.

If you want a job, don't bother contacting me.
If you want a career, we should be talking.

PM me if interested.

Someone like this exists?

Are you trying to get a Penguin to land your Notch on the moon.

:D

Yes Tom, they do exists. I'm one of them.

My software is allowed to crash on the test machines only. Live is not an option, it must run without crashing regardless of load.

But then again, I do have the advantage of working on a proper operating system.
In Windows, crash proof software is a miracle. Under Linux, I know my software will run, even if the machine manages to burn a memory dim.

Yes! I have seen it happen!
