I'm from Soweto in Joboogie. Just bought a Type 1 Cabriolet and am planning some amazing things. It will be a sight once I'm finished. Great Site, Very Helpful. I have joined some legends here I see. :hangloose:

Hi looking for some advice
I own a 69 squareback that was involved in a prang a few moths ago. The one back fender was quite badly damaged as well as the skirt under the back door. Luckily the door itself was not damaged. I've had the bumper straightened (still have to chrome) and I have spare back lights.
What I'm looking for is to replace those two body parts as I don't feel confident having them repaired. Where should I look? I can't imagine finding them locally would be easy. Any suggestions?

Welcome dirkieuys.

Finding new parts localy is out.Either you'll have to import new parts or find a local donor car.
