I would have lifted the turbo a bit higher just to insure the return doesn't get clogged,,
With a SU carb that ride must be nice and smooth as well,, as the pics indicate nothing to it
Can't go wrong there or any other enjin

Think I still got a 50mm SU laying around fot just such a job
But now adays the well sorted EFI is nicer but that set up works very well on a buggy or even in a bug as you can get it scuached in to a bug engin bay
Brian`s first 2.4 we ran with a suck through like that at a 13sec 1/4 ter in 1992
So any one for a SU

I'll take it of your hands any day,, love my SU's for the turbo's, not as much power as the side drafts,, but very smooth,, you will swear it was factory fitted

Seems like there are a few people more that will be building turbo motors
Can't go wrong there,, but they will have to use the 50mm on a 1900cc and up to about 2.4L (might try bigger motors as well),, otherwise a waste of a good carb
