The sharp tools in the shed might tell me I have a long way to go.

Thanks for the encouragement guys.
The bug is in a reasonable condition. (Besides the mandatory rust under the battery)
My plan is to have the chassis sorted to coincide with the Christmas bonus (holding thumbs on the bonus) I will be getting the Replicars kit. (ex KCC moulds?)
I will advertise the body when the time comes. There won’t be too much going to waste.

Yip i took the easy way out - I purchase a pretty neat looking 356
I now have one slightly stripped orange beetle to put back togeher and sell

I got mine done through Hollard.........3rd party fire and theft and I have R100 000 cover on her........I had to have it assessed though.
