There's no doubt the type 34 was copied from the Corvair's styling. Sad really, that VW felt they had to copy a car that was an Americanised copy of their mechanical design.

Of course, nowadays there are no new ideas in car design, and every manufacturer is copying everyone else.

Chevrolet also had quite a variety of Corvair models, including an Estate (with FOUR doors)

Anybody know in what sizes these Corvair motors were made ..? :roll:

Would be nice to have a supply of these motor's.. :lol:
