Greetings

Beside the crankshaft in the Wasserboxer engine, what other parts can be used on/in a Type 1?

to my knowledge its basically a T1 with a slightly different crank and its watercooled.
I dont think the heads are compatable (I have seen them made to work).

I think a Type 1 and a wasserboxer use the same oil pump as well?

and rockers and dizzy are interchangeable

Cam is also interchangable, once used a rare Oetinger 2.5L cam in a 1600cc beelte motor.
For what it's worth, ignorance has no limits ......
