Porsche roll call?

Post by Pine »

No less than five brand new GT2 & GT3s passed me in convoy this morning on the N3 at around 07:00 as I was on my way to Piston Ring. Apparently they had some massive Porsche gathering somewhere on the Vaal river banks - does anyone have any pics?

It was SAMCA day at the Vaal.Venue: Sylviavale Car Museum. What you saw was probably the 356 owners group and friends. I should have gone, but was a bit lazy, knowing that the year will be packed with events. I'll try and get you some pics.

I forgot about that run today, got the email invite last week. there will be plenty more. Think the next big one is Angela's picnic in three and a bit months...
From fastest to slowest:

Birkin race car, not much is standard
Lotus Elise 111R, almost everything is standard
'75 SP 1600 with a few mods
B8 A4 Avant tdi, towing made easy
