Webster
I know of 12 Speedsters in South Africa . The one that won the 9 hour in 1958 is valued at R 2 mill . It is not for sale, but I think that it is the most desirable one because of it's history . The one that is for sale is going for R 1.5 mill. If I had the money, I would buy it in a heartbeat. They only going to get more expensive and it's not everyday that they go on the market. If you interested, you can check out all the Speedsters in SA out on my website http://www.aircooledwonders.com

Re: 356 Spotted!
This is one of two 356 Carrera's in the Country .The other one is red and up here in Gauteng. If the sound of it's 4 cam engine doesn't turn you on, then nothing will. The 4 cam engine was designed by Ernest Furmann and is any collector's dream. You can check out the red Carrera's story and listen to a video clip of the 4 cam on this link http://www.aircooledwonders.com/feature ... i-stables/
