If any body has not only a cargo door handle but doors lying around, I would like to know please.

Can some body tell me how this hinge is fitted to the bus. Can they be removed easily enough and then replaced.

Looking good, yet an other one on the road..... :D

The Brazilians took the high standard of engineering from the Germans, who, in there wisdom used the normal "Piano Hinge", same as the one you get at your local hardware, if you want to go upmarket, you can get the Stainless one instead of the normal brass. Some are spot-welded, others are pop riveted, others are screwed in, not sure which is factory system.

Why, Why, Why do people insist on putting seat runners the wrong way around.

Today I started to fit new seats (well new to the bus :D ) but had to first unweld and reweld all the runners back together after some fool had them all the wrong way around.

Tommorrow we will finish this job, then fit the passanger side mirror as this bus is so difficult to see out of.

Will also try and source a stainless steel hinge for the rear door

Did a 30 mile round trip today to work and back.

Need to replace the gearbox mountings and check the steering box. Lucky there was no wind otherwise I would of been using 2 lanes at a time. :D

But other than that she runs smoothly

Sambas in South Africa are good for only 2 things: showing off and sunburn.

I sooo love a panel! That's why I am covering the windows of my Baywindow bus. Nice one HR. Enjoy it.
